For a complete replacement with ceramic tiles, the average cost is around 60–90 BGN per square meter, including materials and labor. For waterproofing a flat roof—between 35 and 65 BGN/m². Asphalt shingles are less expensive (45–70 BGN/m²). The actual price depends on the roof pitch, access to the site, and the type of materials.
Every contractor undergoes a reference check with at least five previous clients, an inspection of actual completed projects, and verification of their registration. We terminate our partnership with contractors for whom we receive more than one substantiated complaint.
