What You Need to Know

How much does a contact cost, and why is it that much?

Shared plan: up to 25 € per contact. Exclusive: 40 € per contact. The minimum package is 10 contacts (250 or 400 €), which you prepay.

Why not €5 each? Because behind every lead there’s an online ad (with an advertising cost of €8–15), an operator who calls and verifies the lead, and an infrastructure for real-time delivery. A lead for €5 = a listing on a platform without verification, which no longer works.

What happens if the customer doesn't answer or the call quality is poor?

We’ll replace the outlet free of charge. Specifically: if, after 3 attempts to call within 48 hours, the person doesn’t answer; if the number is incorrect; if the customer has requested a completely different service; or if it turns out that the contact isn’t real—we’ll send a new contact from the package at no charge.

What we DO NOT replace: when a customer simply chooses another offer (if they don't like the price or the terms). This is a sales issue, not a matter of the quality of the contact.

How many leads can I expect each month?

It depends on two factors: the region (Sofia generates more than Vidin) and the season (March–October is stronger than November–February).

Realistically: during the peak season in Sofia/Plovdiv/Varna—up to 30 leads per month. During our first call, we’ll provide you with a more specific estimate for your area.

Do I have to sign a contract? How long am I committed?

No fixed-term contract. You purchase a package of contacts (minimum 10) and use it for 30 days. If it works, you purchase a new one. If not, you cancel and you’re free to go.

We have only one condition: if you haven’t closed a single deal after 30 days, we’d like to have a conversation to figure out what’s going on (Are you turning down leads? Not calling back quickly enough? Are the prices too high?). Often, the problem isn’t with the leads.

Do you share a contact with competing companies?

We offer two plans, and the choice is yours: Shared (up to 25 € per lead) — the lead is shared with up to 3 companies. Exclusive (40 € per lead) — it’s yours alone.

We never send a single contact to 5 or more companies, as tradespeople platforms do. That's the whole idea.

Do you work in my city/neighborhood?

We serve all regional centers and major municipalities—Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Ruse, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, and others.
